Love the detail on the dark portions!!
I think the cloak looks a little rough right now. Perhaps layer it with bleached bone and then some devlan mud. I think it would help to take away the rough appearance. Perhaps some devlan mud on the gold and then brighten it up with some gold highlights.

Overall though, great look.
