Looks like it could be an old Rogue Trader Space Marine. Not 100% sure but looks like some I have seen.

I've got a few of the old GW/Citadel Catalogues at home, could have a look for you later?

It's definitely RT era

It's a rogue trader era vehicle crew space marine. Designed to be lounging nonchalantly on the dozer blade of a Rhino.

Is it just me or do the rhino's look painted well and the marines look like someone just dumped them in orange paint lol.

I think he has potential being modeled as an objective marker as well. Put him sitting on a ruined piece of vehicle etc, waiting for rescue.
