YES I love them they look really great, I do think however that the bases could use a little sprucing up

Arn't those metal models? How did you swap the hellgun/hot-shot lasgun to a plasma gun?

Teufelhunde, the OP didn't have to... GW sells metal stormtroopers with all the special weapons options. For the record though converting metal minis is tough, usually requiring a modelling saw and some sculpting to hide the mess.

Lovely painting here though, could try a different texture or grass on part of the bases to mix them up a bit!

for DasFluspferd, I usually cut up some cork and put it on my bases, but I couldn't find my bag of cork this time around to do it.
and for Teufelhunde, just like Arclaw said, that is an unconverted model

Making the source of the OSL brighter would make those effects look more convincing. Also painting or washing the sand of the bases would define them some more.

Rest looks good, especially the lens effects.
