Oh, that looks sweet! If anything I would say extend the length of the arm, just because the Contemptor has the bulk in its gut. Just seems hard for it to grab anything before something else hits it in CC first like a power fist.
But indeed that is a very sweet rendering.

Unfortunately at this point Solidworks shows the drawbacks of drafting and relation based software.. resizing the arm will be much more complicated than simply rescaling it...

hehe i think the body is too big n the fist arm too small and that's what's throwing the head scale off.. Solidworks is powerful but sometimes difficult to maintain proper proportions.. and then you go to resize.. and it doesn't resize without a mountain of errors to fix...
My advice is use solidworks for manufacturing and 3ds max for freeform rendering
