So I just picked up two boxes of BA Death company and I put them together and base coated them black... Now I might just have painters block but I have been searching online for painted up death company and they all seem to be exactly the same. Is there any alternate color schemes you have seen? I don't really want them to look the same as the next guys DC so if you have any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

So here are is my death company so far. I was looking at the white scheme but I would rather not lose my sanity painting that much white. I will be sticking with the normal DC scheme.

Mix things up a little and make them white.

Well, colour schemes for very specific armies are almost always the same, but with a bit of conversion, you could make your amry stand out in shape rather than colour.

Yeah probably would be better to just make them unique with the poses. I will take some pictures in a couple hours and see what you guys think.

There is a Blood Angels successor chapter that has both its Death Company and its Sanguinary Guard in white.

Paint them blue, not just any blue,ultramarines blue. It represents thier desire to be ultramarines that has driven them into insane Beserker rage.

You don't wanna change the color of a unit if the unit is defined by those colors IMO. Death Company is a special unit with specific colors for a reason. If you were making your own chapter that's a different story, but blood angels death company should be painted traditionally IMO.

I like the posing, very good job. They look really bad-ass with their weapons like that, "come at be bro!"
