On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.

Until you painted the gems, I kept focusing on "why didn't she highlight those ear bud things?" Turns out you had a plan for them.

Is blue your favorite color to work with? It comes up a lot.

The biggest thing I've learned from you is to use bigger brushes. It sounds simple, but it makes a huge difference in time and coverage.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

When people ask, "What's the point in understanding everything?" they've just disqualified themselves from using questions and should disappear in a puff of paradox. But they don't understand and just continue existing, which are also their only two strategies for life.

Great video. I have some guardians to paint and will definitely be using the simple gem technique you showed.

Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better.

I don't think I've ever had to roll an armour save for my boyz outside of CC "

the "risk" with bigger brushes is that they hold more paint and if your not careful you can flood your details with paint, ruining the model...
but you are right! i personally like larger flat brushes because they dont hold not as much paint as round brushes do, they dont have a nice tip though but you can touch up your basecoat later with a smaller brush

I don't play Eldar, but this tutorial was still well worth watching. Particularly interesting to see how you painted the Wraithbone...makes me feel a lot more confident for my next attempt at painting white. Thanks for the help, I'll definitely be watching more.

GREAT video. I'm going to the hobby shop tomorrow and I just need to know a list and basic cost of the paints i need to get if you wouldn't mind.

I'm also going to to get just a pack of 4 guardians to prepare myslef for painting eldar later when new codex comes out and I start an army.

This will be my first time painting, so any basic tips will help too.

Thanks

This is a very useful and motivating video, I like the way you don't fuzz to much
and give a clear understanding about the highlighting. I am definitely going
to apply this to my miniatures
