There was a bit of drama because one of the crew accidentally let slip a racial slur. He was let go. Then, he was brought back. Him coming back caused controversy. People argued. 40k Radio shut down.

Then Romeo from Battlefoam bought up 40k radio and inserted himself into the crew. Eventually everything was restructured and people were let go without much drama and/or they left.

Yup, that pretty much sums it up in a nut shell.

I wish things wouldn't have gone the way that they did. To be perfectly honest, Spencer and JarJar together made for the best shows. Their radio personalities meshed perfectly.

Yea the new show just isn't what the old one was. I used to be a free boota. I just don't care for the new show as much.

Ditto. In many ways the lunatic energy (and I use that in a good way) that drove the podcast along and made it so compelling was never going to be compatible with 40K radio lasting forever. It was good while it lasted though.

I like 40k Radio with Romeo and the Independent Characters. It's the only two podcasts I listen to.
