Where can one find a suitable female head to put on a Space Wolf figure?
Why? Because my daughter wants one... She knows its not possible in the official fluff, she just wants one.
So something with a minimum of fuss would be nice, i.e. decapitate this fig and apply head to that fig is what I am after.

Cut a head off one of the Sisters of Battle, or get ahold of some of the fantasy models Mordheim Sisters of Sigmar or some of the Empire female modesl would work well.

I used wood elf glade guard and dark eldar wych heads on my slaanesh marines. They are sexually ambigious heads for the most part so if you paint them right they will look female.

Your most hassle free option is to purchase a single SoB model or even a Dark Eldar model and just hack the head off of it. Warmachine is a similar scale, but the character figures are slightly smaller than 40k because they're not "heroic" scale. You might be able to find something suitable, but it will likely be a challenge. You could probably bitz trade for one of those pretty easily here on the trade forums. One suggestion. If you can get your hands on the old Mad Donna model from the Necromunda range, she would make one bad assed space wolf.
