First, there was Pokeminis 2009, in in which I cleared out tons of unpainted stuff.

Then there was Pokeminis 2010, in which I fizzled out.

Then there was Pokeminis 2011, in which I got my groove back.

Big jumble. I'm trying to get as much terrain out of the way now. I
have yet to paint a model.

Made these for the Domination Event. In case you can't tell, the long things
are meant to form a mountain pass and the phallic things are meant to be
odd rock formations ala stonehenge.

Wow, I like the use of foam. And finally see terrain that blocks line of site. They look good. How well do they stand on their own? A lot of times you see good looking terrain that blows off the table when breath to hard. Keep it up they look good.

Hard to see in the pictures, but that's 1/8" hardwood as the
base. They stay just fine. I have a scrollsaw.

Malf, I've seen those minis somewhere else, I think it was on Tumblr...

Also, I'm impressed by number of terrain pieces you made for the Wrath and Domination events...

That's my hotmodelswithfugly minis tumblr, lol. Long Gunner and

Yeah... I was wondering if it was you, but the only connection I could make were those two models... The other models didn't look like they were painted in your style (ala Constance Blaize).

Or what is it that you're up to when not doing Pokemini painting... there are sometimes month lapses between the different threads so I'm curious

I started out the year on a 60 model binge and flatlined. So
I had to shift to other projects like terrain, those zombies, etc.

Also depends on my workload. So...essay reading. lesson planning.

Ask alfndrake how that goes

Typically what I do is when I finish one set, I post the previous
one. Since i posted the zombies, that means I finished some
other models. When I post those other models, that means I'll
have finished the next project.

come on malf, just give all your students a C- and look at them with mild disappointment, then you'll have more time to update this thread

That's wolf grey/ghost grey skin with a purple wash followed up
bya ghost grey, white highlight.
