I've spent the last 2 hours just looking through this thread and I've seen only about 20 pages. This stuff is incredible. I'm going back to the drawing board and posting my conversions in a few months. Seriously, where do you get the materials for some of this stuff?! It's crazy!

my new best conversion model. its the demon prince for my chaos space marine ork army. it's still a wip.
the wings on his back was his parrot that got twisted and mutated when the ork became a demon prince.

The idea to use these models for a conversion of grotesques came to my mind immediately as they released them recently.
It's awesome to see that somebody already did that... and that it works!

The proportions are perfect, and the overall impression is stunning too.
