The sword and shield warriors sit there and hold up or grind down anything.
While the other warrior units smash anything.
The hounds help me get a good matchup for my warrior.
The hellcannon helps and holds a flank.

So ya thoughts and comments?

Its a very good and solid list but why take the charmed sheild?

First wound is ignored on a 2+. After that it's a cheap shield that gives me a 2+ armor save.
It works because with the mobility if the lord most ranged units will usually not fire at him because of where he is. Cannons how ever do shoot him so the shield helps a lot.

Charmed Shield discounts the first hit cow not the first wound

Yah that is why I hate Charmed Shield though. It would be so much better if it was wound as what I do to folks running it is drop crossbow shots on them until they take one hit then shoot them with a cannon.

But to the list at hand it looks good and I am guessing the hero is there to give his LD to the unit?

The hero is there to add some extra punch.

I used to run my bsb with the flaming halberds so now they have a hero to help out.
