Iv'e been wanting some Chaos gaurdsmen in my Chaos Marine army, does anyone have any proposed rules? Should they just keep the same stats but have different Special Rules? I don't plan on using them in tournaments or anything so don't worry about being to accurate with specifications. Thanks!

Well, as I'll post more in-depth about in your painting and modelling thread, there is a list for using a Khornate guardsmen list in the Imperial Armour 6 book. You can probably find a downloadable version online, but if you don't want to go through that, then try looking at how a Khornate guard force would work.
Mainly, lots of Ogryns, and try and keep it to a minimum with the more ranged Manticores and Hydras. Basilisks and Leman Russ Demolishers would work becuase they both kick up a huge amount of gore. Conscript squads will help you immensly, and I suggest taking Chenkov in at least on platoon, as he allows you to recycle dead Conscripts units. Now, this is all fluffy, so I don't know if it would actually work.
You konw what, I actually forgot where I was going with putting the list on your painting thread, so here you go, basic rundown of hte IA6 list.
HQ:
Exalted champ of khorne
Company command platoon (Company command squad with extra heavy weapons teams)
Apostate Preachers of khorne- Chaos Eccieleschiary priests.
Enforcers- chaos commissars
Elites:
Disciples of xaphan- Guard vets
Khorne berzerkers- 'nuf said
Ogryn berzerkers- ogryns that are even better than normal ogryns in CC
Troops:
Heretic Platoon- IG platoon
Renegade Armoured fist squad- mechanised vets
Mutant Rabble- Basically Orks
Bloodgor Beastman Attack squad- you heard right, BEASTMEN that can be armed with either pistols & knives, or autoguns.
Fast Attack:
Hounds of Xaphan- big mutant beasties that need an Ogryn handler!
Sentinels- 'nuf said
Hellhound- not a squadron, just the one
Salamander- no-transport capacity Chimera
Heavy support:
Tank- can only take one of any of the IG Leman Russ variants as a single Heavy support choice.
Artillery- single of any basilisk variant in the IG dex.
Hellblade- chaos fighter
Helltalon- bomber
Turret- immoble heavy weapon that can have pretty much anything on it.
Artillery strike- random strike without the actual artillery piece.
I really think this list is the best for you, considering you want a khornate theme, and already have some Berzerkers.

If I had a dollar for every dollar I spent I'd have all my money back.

The old lost and the Damned army list had a unit entry for traitors. Be fairly easy to include them in your own ruleset.

I never really see renegade Guard as any different than normal ones. Sure, they may be corrupted by chaos, but they'll never be so powerful and important to make the gods care about them and give them gifts as they do to the traitor marines. They are merely fodder in the grand scheme of things.

I've got rules for Chaotic Guardsmen (within CSM armies) in my Fandex, linked in my signature...

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

As far as I can tell, you'd probably just want to take an allied Guard detachment and declare them traitor Guard. The most I'd change if I were you is giving them larger squad sizes and possibly adding an Aspiring Champion off the Chaos Space Marines' unit entry as an alternate squad leader option (going off the Chaos Heretics in Dawn of War here).
