Looking pretty good so far. I'd want to see it painted up before i pass final judgement on it. Do you plan on converting your whole army this way?

I like the sculpting/conversion quite a bit. The paint on the fur and cloak are nice, although the primary colors (armor, yellow and red on the shield) look a bit flat. Might want a little bit of a wash for shading and then a highlight.

If it isn't too much hassle...try doing the white in layers from grey...this can create good depth if you leave grey in recesses etc

Okay, so you have a grey wash for the armor; good.

For the yellow: IIRC the red area on the shield is a raised section, and the yellow recessed within it, yes? You could take either the Mud or the Ogryn Flesh, and paint it around the edges of the yellow, where the red and yellow meet. That will deepen the shadow there. You could also add some Ogryn Flesh to the bottom area of the yellow. Or paint an even coat of Ogryn Flesh (though I like Gryphonne Sepia better for this) over the yellow, then repaint thinned-down Sunburst over it, leaving some of the wash on the edges and bottom.

If I'm not seeing clearly, and the yellow is actually at equal height to the red part (just with a groove between), you can just put wash right in the groove, then highlight the edge of the yellow section with a mix of Sunburst and white.
