This will do pretty poorly. You need some Wagons for your Bosses and MaNz. I would drop down the size of your MaNz mobs to be able to afford the Wagons.

I actually run a similar list, but use Nobz instead of meganobz, and I can say that I completely agree with bomboy. You are going to need a vehicle for your Meganobz. Otherwise they will get cut down and it is easier for your opponent to just back away and shoot them. So you're going to need battlewagons, as they are the only transport in the Codex that can hold 10 meganobz.
To get the points for this I suggest you drop the dreads. Once you have done this I suggest you use the remaining points on Lootas, you need at least a bit of a long range threat.
On a side note, you need to drop one meganob from each squad, otherwies them and their respective independent character won't be able to fit in their battlewagon.

I like it. Its different and cool. I do however feel it will have a very hard time at winning.
How can we change that? Well adding in a KFF would help this alot. Not only will it hlep the Dreads survive it will help the Manz getting up there. I don't think they need the transport like the others have said. But they do need protection to get up there, slowly. Yes this will be a slow army, but you can run which isn't that bad.
Would love to hear how it does. I love different list with different units and this is the frosting on that cake.
Cheers!

This list has obvious flaws, since it lacks both maneuverability and ranged anti tank. But looks like fun. If you just replaced the dreads with kanz, you could have 9 rokkits/KMB fired per turn, that's a good start. And probably the most important change to make without changing the feel too much. Also a KFF would help you tons! You are moving VERY slowly, so protecting your walkers should be priority. They'll take at least 3 turns of shooting before they get into combat. Gaz isn't really helping this list, maybe dropping him?

I'd agree with dropping the dreads for kans. Reason? The rokkit attacks, at BS3 instead of nothing at BS2.

I have run similar lists w Kans/dreads KFF/Footslogging manz. It does have some problems.Genearlly speaking they will target the dreads which actually leaves the manz quite survivable on foot. However even though the manz can keep up fine w the kanz/dreads,you really do want them in there as fast as possible. WO trukk/wagon nobz lose alot of time. This type of setup is generally short on scoring units as well-which will lose you games.
it's a fun setup, however I have to agree to put the manz into a transport and get some lootas/kannons/etc. If you can't take down his high power long range support, then half your army will be dead before it gets into CC.

It really all depends on what you want the Manz to do. In this list they are what needs to hold objectives and they need to survive. they are not your front force to get up there quick. I agree for the most part if they were there purely to get into CC then yes you might want them to get up there quick.
I myself use my Manz in a kan wall list as fire magnets. Most people worry about them as they should but what do they shoot the kans, dreads or the Manz? it is all coming at them in one speed so they cant target prioritize like they would want or hope. But its really all up to tactics and how the person plays the game.
I Love Manz on foot. There is nothing wrong with them walking/running behind some boys or walkers at all. They do rather well with a 4+ cover save if you ask me. Most just don't like it because it takes some getting used to and its not an instant thing. But for me they will never be on the shelf in my Kan/Dread list.

im not too sold on the dreads having all 4DCCW, wondering if its worth putting on skorchas or even big shootas, freeing up some points and giving some ranged attacks.

Wondering Why the Emperor Left

I played a similar list. Except for no dreads, two battlewagons, and, 10 of the nobz were not in Mega Armor. The best part is that kill points are nearly impossible to squeeze out of this list. and if you kill more than a few units they have to table you to win in Annihilation.
I had the game at first thanks to immobilizing Ghaz's Wagon turn 1 with a lucky assault cannon schot. but then the Dice turned against me and I rolled five 1's on penetrating hits for damage results on the moving Battlewagon in one turn. Said battlewagon proceeded to deffrolla my:
Land Raider - Explodes
Dreadnought - Wrecks
Tactical squad - Kills 4 of the 5 including the guy who latched a melta bomb on for a Death or Glory. Who by some unknown force managed to roll snake eyes for armor penetration
Not kidding.

I prefer BShootas. At least they can shoot for the first couple of turns. The skorcha is ok, but not my favorite for sure.

I do 2x Bshootas with the claws. Very cheap and can be worth it. but I suggest you trry out all the options before you glue. Unless you plan on Magnetizing the arms.

I also want a stompy army-- who cares that battlewagons are the best? Some orks just love KRUMPIN! Check out my list:

I think you should keep Ghazghul kuz he's a great model, but count him as a warboss. I haven't played much, but you'll want a cybork body on your warboss-- you can then take two dreads as troops.
