Hey guys, trying to figure out how to build a Harbinger. One of the guys in another forum said there was a tutorial out there but couldn't find it. Maybe someone here can help. I tried google but couldn't find anything.

Agh, not off the top of my head. You can pretty much do whatever you want though. I know there was a really cool one, somewhere that they had used the Praetorian body for it, but I don't know where it is.
That might be a good thing to ask in the Modeling section though, as there are people much more knowledgeable than I, on those matters.

Nowoo pretty much summed it up, kitbash deathmark + Praetorian parts as required (IIRC use warrior legs so you're not down 5 lychguard/deathmark models which are expensive).

Greenstuff on a cloak + accessories as required.

Although I may not have as many deathmark guns left over as I was going to attach them to an ark body converted to a triarch stalker as weapons, but still a phenomonal job mate.
