Where would I find this or equivalent/ good starting point for conversion?
No, not 3d printed ABS plastic, regular abs.
I like the look of the gorgets on the knights' power armor, but want gladiator style ab plate armor.
Maybe do a kitbash between Eldar muscle suit and the power armor?
If no one can give me a better option in a day, I'll just go this route.

Here's some Space-Marine ab-armor. Perhaps this is what you were looking for? Might wanna file off the nipples though.

+1 Abs cannot go without Nipples. And when a space marine has an 8pack you know nipples are ab-solutely needed.

That may work. I worry that that is terminator sized though.
Also, looking for a six pack. 8, not counting obliques, is showing off.
As for the nipples, the eldar chests I'm considering using have a large gem on just the left side. Could work as a super nipple, or I could maybe use nipples to denote the Sargent.

No. The deep rooted sexual insecurities of many hobbyists were.
The Guard should fit nicely. They are PA after all. You might want to cut off the last pack anyway.

Ok, grafting the eldar torso onto the gray knight one worked out pretty well actually.
I left the back half of the torso piece intact, and cut a circle out of the front part that was a mirror of the semicircle that the word "Vengence" formed.
The Eldar chest got snipped of the back half of the entire piece, keeping the curve that the head sockets into. This curve fits perfectly against the curve of the gray knight neck socket on the interior of the chest cavity.
There were gaps on the side of the abs, and I filled these with liquid green stuff.
Pictures below, and if the parts seem oily, they are.
Because I rubbed them with oil.
So that the mold wouldn't stick to the part.
Yeah, it was a lot of work and I only plan to do it once.

I dont think it works...the transition between the collar and the pecks is too abrupt putting the pecks too low. I also think the angle you have the plate at makes the armor look bloated. But hey, prove me wrong, make it work I love the idea.

The angle I have the plate at is straight down, in fact the very definition of "No slope". Trace a line from the skull at the throat to the bottom of the abs and it becomes a little more clear.
I do see what you're saying about it sitting too low though. Especially for the pectorals. I've considered beefing them up, bringing the top line of the muscle tangental to the scripting.
Really though its only about a millimeter off of how far down the sanguinary guard torso plates extend. In the photo provided above in this same thread, look at the model in the lower right. Mine goes just a click down from the.. cant believe I'm saying this... slit in the space marine crotch. The sanguinary guard torso stops AT this break in the armor, mine goes just a touch lower.
Edit: I should also note that the second picture, I have the torso rotated to the left fairly far off center.
Does stick out though, where the standard Gray Knight belly cinches in. I like the look though, but that might just be my transition from Death Guard.
