Dear Dakka Dakka users.

I have allmost finished my Deathk Watch base. And I am really pleased with it. Whats basically left to do are the skulls in the pool. I thought of doing them white but I am not very sure about it. Do you have any other suggestions or do you think white is the way to go?

ohhh... the colours man.... Nice work it is looking good.

I would go for a white with a heavy black wash so that the skulls look stained by the pool, is the "water" water or oil or tar or whatever?

I would go:

Bleached Bone, heavy brown wash, 50:50 bleached and skull white and then skull white final highlight.

But that's just me

What ever you do, dont do them pure white, please dont it looks fething weird.

@Brother-Captain Scotti: I don't know it could be a great to make them bone colour but I'm not convinced

@JohnnoM: Don't worry if they are going to be white I build the white up black or grey. Also if they will be white I will do something additional like GaussGuy suggested.
