Looks great. I really like the redish pelt.
That yellow beak and feet on the raven makes it look even more like a chicken though. A fat crow perhaps, anyway, im not to crazy about it to be honest (nicely painted though, just the choise of colours).
All in all, a great paint job! This was one of the models that got me to start SW, but my paint job look like crap

Looking good so far!

Imperial guard: Because quantity has a quality of it's own.

Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.

After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.

I do see your point... I struggled with that. I had it black, but it looked like I just didn't paint it, so I switched to yellow. I had no other ideas, lol.

It's just a GW base with sand... You mean the snow? The snow is Pva glue, white paint, and baking soda.

I will try to get another angle posted later.

Ha, how much more awesome could you have painted him if you were painting seriously?!?

Everything looks great, especially the snow.

Very very cool. I particularly really like the pelt, his face, and the runes on his weapon haft. The pelt is absolutely awesome

You could have done a black/blue mix with a wash to give light contrast but still staying in line with a raven, just my 2cents.

With regards to the model as a whole... I wish my "for real" painting was half as good as your "for fun" painting!
