Hi!

Welcome to Dakka!

You have a lovely technique, nice colours. But please please please do the models justice by basing them properly!! Some grass/mud etc would really finish these models off! Probably why you're looking for feedback - to you they seem unfinished, but it's only the bases!!

Well done!

As said above you have some great techniques, I really like the colours on your ork skin and they seem to be built up excellently. Similarly the bone and metal are carried off really well. As said above basing them will really finish off a model and can give a good context to the entire piece (sunbleached model on desert base, battle damaged models in the trenches etc).

Look forward to seeing what you can do with the 40K kits, Orks have always been great to build and paint.

welcome to Dakka!

paintjobs are pretty solid, but i think you will learn a lot here...

the thing i really notice is that you dont really base you miniatures... just glue some fine slate or shale to the bases, prime it, paint it in xxx color and drybrush it and the result will e xxx times better

Hey all,

Thanks for the feedback and yes i will be getting to the basing. but not just yet as i don't know how i want to do them yet i want to get a bulk of miniatures done and then learn the basing side of it.

i will upload once i have assembled my 40k and then from there i will continue with the updates.

Keep on Gaming guys!!.

and i cant wait till my painting skills become of masterclass and i know its a long shot but in time i would like to get to the level of golden demon type paint jobs.

soo any tips would be great.

I agree. Nice models, but they deserve some flock or basing sand. Makes the model look a whole lot better. Welcome to Dakka as well.
