So PP seems to have leveled up again in their sculpt range

First of, the Extreme Carnivean !

Don't know about you, but if the PP keep getting better like this, I'm gonna drop the idea of jumping in the W40k hobby.

That Ashlynn sculpt is one of the better female sculpts I've seen lately. Excellent releases.

The original Ashlynn model sorely needed a re-sculpt and that's not disappointed at all.

Both are very well done.

The Extreme Carniv is just wow.... I dont play the game but wow.....

Apparently, there is concern over on the PP forum that this Ashlynn is a con exclusive.

The original Ashlynn had an awkward pose, but this sculpt.. dayumn!

I don't think it's accurate, even with the "Privateer Exclusives" tag, it seems to me more like something that will be an exclusive to their webstore. At least if that tag follows the other things labeled as such like the pHaley Variant, Black Dragon IFP, and Extreme Sculpts.

Hated the original Ashlynn model but always wanted to field her but it put me off, now loving the new sculpt will have to pick her up i think

Looks like I'll have to procure a couple more heads from somewhere, as an Extreme Typhon conversion is calling to me.

Ashlynn, now let this be a lesson in how to improve a sculpt.

Shouldnt be too hard to find extras of those heads as there is already a bunch of talk of using it for Proteus which would require a head swap.

Muse on Minis has a vid featureing a Hyperion in the process of being painted.
Not bad. Pity about the rules (though the POW 18 AOE 5 is quite nice) :(

We need more female sculpts of this caliber.

The other thing, however, good paint job, bad design. Looks like a Tyranid beastie mixed with the creature from the Thing mixed with a pair of giant sports foam hands.

I've seen some photos from Lock 'n Load of the Extreme sculpt, and think it's even better than what it looks like here. They really nailed it, imo! If all Legion looked like that, I'd be all over them...

The angle of that photo on the Extreme Carni is really bad. Looking at the 360 on the site, it's actually a really awesome mini.

Both sculpts look great but I will stay away from PP so long as they are so metal focused.

If they ever start coming out with plastic casters (besides the starter sets) GW is in serious trouble for my dollar.

FWIW, that Carni is actually mostly resin there champ.

Woah, just found out that PP also sells prints, this one will go nicely with the mini when it becomes available:

The new mini is very nice, except her banner arm, which looks really awkward...

If her weapon actually looked like the one from that artwork, I'd be very impressed. As it stands, though... no.

Extreme carni looks good alot better then extreme titan/warpwolf, hoping for a extreme Wraslter. Glad to see ashlynn getting a new model she needed it.
