So I am trying to convert my Valk to a Vendetta. I took the TL Lascannon from a SM Predator cast it in insta-mold and cut off the excess and did the same with the original Lascannon that came with the Valk. Right now I am just trying to figure out how to make it look better. I could just stick em on the wing but it would look like . O love my paint job and it was crazy easy to do. I just spray primed the body in green and then primed and painted parts in Silver or bronze where I wanted. Then I went over everything with a dark wash. All I have left to do is Dry Brush some spots that got too dark and add highlights and low lights to it.

Also Note - I used a new epoxy putty for these pieces and a few bases. It's called Kwik plastic and I got it from the same place they sell the spray paint in the Home Depot. I got a huge tube for 5 bucks. Works great stays soft enough on the second day that its easy to trim and becomes as hard as plastic on the third day. Just needed water to keep my hands from getting sticky.

So What should I do about to Lascannons on the wing? I was thinking of Trying to stuff them in the missile pod barrel and epoxy the hole closed.

Here's some picks.

I doubled mine up and put them around the cockpit. 1x TLLC on either side and one on the nose.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

I bought the four bits from SM Predator side sponsons (one right and one left sponson made me one "wing" lascannon). As for the side TLLC, I just used the original with one LC and glued another LC (from HW set IIRC) above.

Looking to trade away 15mm Forged in Battle Pumas (still in the box).

I rly like the way that looks but how did you convert the piece on the bottom? Is it just a GS square with parts on the side?

I used an Old Crow mini-turret for the nose mount just because I liked the look of it. You could easily do a more simple nose mount with just the TLLCs poking out.

I used the lascannons of a razor back mounted unter the wings and then put a single lascannon on either side of the cockpit

I would recommend making a housing for the wing mounted lascannons out of plasticard. Basically, just a tapered box. To join the cannons, you could use plastic rod.

I don't like splitting the nose LCs to either side of the cannopy because it doesn't work right with GW's LOS rules. Instead, I would trim the bottom guard on the LC piece and stick another LC barrel under there.
