so this is my third guard army, and this time I'm going with mech vets with some purifiers and crow. I'll mark what the units are if I call them something different.
HQ
CCS
Inquisitor Kasmerov the Imprisoned (crow)
Elites
Katia (vindicare)
Troops
10x Imprisoned Statues (purifiers): 4x psycannons, psybolt ammo, rhino
10x Imprisoned Statues (purifiers): 4x psycannons, psybolt ammo, rhino
Rebel squad (veterans): 3x meltaguns, chimera

total: 2000 on the nose.
so are there any modifications I should make before I start building this army?

How do your units correspond to the actual RA3 units?
I'm still hesitant to make my Tesla Troopers without knowing what they'll count as.

Seeing a squad of veterens swoop in in a Vendetta, secure the area, deliver that math assignment, and extract within 2 minutes would be freaking sweet.

Rebels are conscripts, Imprisoned statues are steel ronin, katia is Natasha, the reapers are reapers, the chimeras are bullfrogs, and the hydra I couldn't find a good equivalent.

As stated above your Missing 1 HQ unit, for you to take an allied force you have to have a minimum of 1 troop and 1 HQ, These forces do not count towards your Required 1 HQ and 2 Troops of the primary army.

He has the CCS (company command squad for the guard) and crowe for the grey knights, 2 HQ's

Right bellow the HQ. also I forgot to mark that hey have 4 meltas and a chimera.
