Firstly for your first mini it really is looking great. I love the colours used and the basing.
Overall I like it - but I would suggest to darkening the red blood a bit more and make it look a bit more old and diseased!
The shading and highlighting are also quite good - you seem to have a good eye for the details!

May nurgle shower you with poxy blessings!
