Ok. Here's what going to happen when the drilling starts:
First image shows where I'm going to cut and drill to make room for the components (which will be on the lower chassis).
In addition to the above image, I'll be drilling into the shoulder socket to access the vents on the other side; I'll use a drummel to cut down from the vents to the cavity created by the drill. Also, this the chamber which the LED will reside.
This image shows how far down, to side, and forward I'll be drilling into the lower chassis. This is where the main component of the LED system will stay.
Last one. This guy shows how big the hole will be.
There miiiight be some issues about support after I'm done. The obvious answer to that is to support, if needed be, the arms with and the over-exaggerated shoulders with pins.
