So, this is the partially painted Warboss...

The feedback I am looking for is advice on how to make the metal look a bit more worn without totally ruining the bronze, making the twin link shoota look more worn, and finding places to add a little more color.

I wanted a "camo" look on my guys so I went with very basic colors except for on the facepaint.

Any feedback is great! Thanks!

First drill out the guns

Second you can add scratches en paint chips with boltgun metal shaded with black

Or when it is supposed to be bronze you could add a light green glaze

A very solid paint job, but drilling out the gun barrels (as Fab mentioned) is a must. Something about the white lines on the face paint seems very incongruous... to the point of being distracting. Don't forget the metal flanges on his boots or perhaps lenses on his head attachment thingie.

I like it and if you did step up the paint it would be to rust or chip the metal. Also drilling gun barrels/file mold lines apparently...
