One librarian in each tactical squad. Both Razorbacks are empty and the Land Raider has the 5 hammernators.
Turns 1 and 2
Spoiler:
Turn 1:
All psycannon purifiers get into the chimeras (a chimera + 4 psycannons = Inquisitorial Siege Tank). The Inquisition tries to pull a flanking maneuver, attacking the clumped up empty razorback, predator, dreadnought and thunderfire cannon. The Dreadknight shunts forward and flamers everything in sight, knocking out 1 assault cannon and takes off a wound off the thunderfire. One Chimera and Razorback are left holding the GK left flank.
On the SM left flank, the damaged razorback and the predator castle up so the Dreadknight would not be able to shunt behind them and assault the thunderfire cannon or the dreadnought. Tactical marines move forward with the exception of the plasma cannon, which of course overheats in the shooting phase (gunner survives).
On the SM right flank, the Land Raider moves aggressively forward.
Turn 2:
On the GK right flank, the Black Stripe Chimera goes into "siege mode" no movement, all psycannons fire 4 shots, obliterating the damaged razorback. The second chimera moves forward 6 and because of the reduced number of shots and the dreadnought cover save they only take off one hull point. The two razorbacks move forward and take off another hullpoint from the dreadnought (which has 1 left but is otherwise undamaged). The dreaknight assaults and obliterates the predator.
On the GK left flank the chimera and razorback move full speed backwards away from the Landraider and its deadly cargo. 3 melta bomb acolytes are glued to the central monolith formation, 1 henchmen squad arrives from reserve and goes in the top left corner (out of frame).
Heavy bolter landspeeder comes in from reserve (bottom left) and puts a wound into the Dreadknight which it promptly fails to save! The dreadnought moves back towards the thunderfire cannon. The entire SM army moves to to repair its collapsing left flank and all but two lascannons take aim at the dreadknight completely obliterating it!
Turns 3&4
Spoiler:
The Black Stripe Chimera goes into siege mode again and evaporates the dreadnought (which sadly doesn't explode). All Razorbacks move forward again.
On the far top-left, the crusader and x2 plasma gun acolyte squad comes in from reserve, hits, pens and explodes the razorback! or so they think; the razorback makes its cover save from the hill!
The razorback moves away from the plasma acolytes but the landspeeder makes a hard right turn and places 6 wounds into them sending them packing. Thunderfire puts maximum distance away from the purifiers while on the other side the Landraider re-acquires the isolated chimera as its primary target... the chimera does not survive!
Every single GK psycannon is turned/moved to fire at the Landraider which promptly goes up in flames! On the GK right flank, all halberd purifiers disembark and aim their stormbolters into the damaged thunderfire cannon...
... and after loosing the Thundefire the Techmarine operator proceeds to make an obscene number of 2+ saves, laughing at nearly 1/2 the inquisition army! The techmarine then calmly proceeds to join the tactical squad behind him which finally has its plasma cannon working: stunning the left razorback and killing 3 purifiers (no cover save psychic power payed off repeatedly throughout the engagement).
On the SM right flank the terminators decided that they have had enough psycannons and will go kill an inquisitorial squad that is hiding behind a hill.
Turn 5 to Game End
Spoiler:
The Grey Knight Purifier Offensive has now lost all of its momentum and comes to a screeching halt on the right flank.
Chimeras, I mean, the Inquisitorial Siege Tanks keep moving forward while firing. Between snapfiring S6 and 7 guns and many cover saves nothing gets hurt but two terminators. At this point the SM test their tactical skills by purposely braking the terminators, thus getting a 2D6 for the "failed" morale, D3 auto regroup + 6 + 2D6 assault range! Unfortunately for the Termies their "broken" movement is only 3 inches, which they erase using the additional 3 inches from the auto rally, giving the illusion that they haven't moved.
In the SM turn, the damaged razorback is finished off, the black razorback (middle of the board) explodes and the terminators destroy the acolytes in the corner (1 more save from the storm shield and they would have lived).
At this point the Inquisition takes out the landspeeder but all hand to hand elements are in full retreat not to give up any kill points.
The SM fire into the nearby vehicles in an attempt to get an extra kill point but nothing explodes.
Final result:

Very good report, my friend! Very well organized, with good pictures and easy to follow action. Keep up the good work. I like the construction of your Inquisitorial Siege Tank, looks pretty boss.

I believe this was the game where I interrupted you guys for about 1 hour of chatting. Must have been a really long game. Lol.
Bobby (Grey Therion) is our resident Lego expert. He makes his chimeras and rhinos/razors out of legos. He's even made an entire Thunderhawk out of legos in one of our Apoc games!

Thank you very much for the encouraging comments!
sudojoe: is that Chimera made out of Legos?
The Chimeras and one of the Razorbacks as well are out of Lego; they lack detail but the overall shape is extremely accurate for purposes of range and line of sight.

The game took 6 hours from start to finish, and I had a lot of fun!

Gus was the first one to demonstrate that with enough effort Lego can be used in 40k. He had made a Tau Devilfish and a Chimera variant long before I built anything!
Thank you guys for the comments!

Vanilla Marines can't get Divination? Why was he rolling on that tree? (Removing Cover / Twin Linking shots)

Of course Space Marines can take Divination, I must have played at least 5 games against divinated space marines; its right here in the FAQ 1.1: Space Marines: ... new powers from Biomancy, Pyromancy, Telepathy or Telekinesis... wait, WHAT!? Ha ha ha ha, INTERESTING!
Thank you very much for pointing this out!!! For the record, space marines with divination would have been awesome and I am glad that Grey Knights have it!

Good job guys lol. Was fun. Also, I'm now going to play a game with real croissants on flying bases to represent night scythes. wmahahahaha. (if you leave them out for a day or 3, they do get rather hard. Shaken/stunned/glances you can flake off some pieces to demonstrate hull damage )
+ Thought of the day + Not even in death does duty end.

I don't think that I can pull off a Helldrake, I don't have that many rounded pieces in my Lego collection to pull off the torso section. May I recommend that for each hull point taken, your opponent gets to eat 1/3 of the croissant!?
ultimaterez: Very good battle report.
Quick question though: How did the Psycannons damage the Landraider? Their S7 shots should not have been enough to glance the Landraider's 14 armor.
Thanks. As Ork Dork answered they are rending, and with the new hull points in 6th edition any roll on a 6 by the psycannon will cause some sort of damage. That + how much easier it is to hit vehicles in close combat makes the Land Raider much easier to handle than in 5th (though in return the LR can now move much further in a single turn which is downright scary).
