starting painting up some of the Dark Vengeance cultists and now.....well i have bought enough models for a 2k army so now i have just got to paint them

thanks, just used mess and some cardboard. thought the hive look would fit in well with the fluff . hoping to master the art of doing liquid ( fake water) so i can do some toxic green water

I like the Blue and Teal colour combo. The blending on the leaders sword is fantastic too.

i have been playing around with the space marine armour. i want the armour to be different to the cloaks as i want to have the marines with cloak. some of the pictures i have seen alpha legion pics with cloaks and i like the idea. i also think it sits well with the fluff. i been looking around at some how to paint alpha legion and tried out what i think could work. i did it in a rush so the brush work is all over the place and its not fully painted. just want to get some paint on a mini to see if it could work.

and yes its DA model and i left the icons bcos it was a rush job
