Hi all
I'm wondering if anyone has the same items as pictured. I know that the bunker/ turrets are forge world and made out of plastic . However the 2 larger pieces are made out of foam. I am wondering if that is the original how they were produced or recasts?
Any help on identifying them?

I've been doing some research and trying to find what they are.
The one with the broken Chimera in it is made out of foam. I have found that it is actually broken and supposed to look like this picture. I have read that it wasn't released to sell but only to stores to own. Can anyone confirm this?

I have no idea what language this page is in, but here's a picture of the sand bag emplacement-

Basically from what I've read in this thread (http://www.warseer.com/forums/showthread.php?198529-GW-terrain-was-plastic-wrecked-vehicle-kits/page2), most people believe that they were released to stores only, in foam. Sorry I didn't really shed any light on the subject

I'm going to have to check, but I think my gaming group may actually have the emplacement and broken chimera in our collection of terrain. I know my old FLGS used to have the emplacement, and I think we snapped it up when they shut down a few years back.

Edit: Yep, we have the two pieces in our collection, both made out of lightweight foam.

I think its called "hard foam" terrain. The specific material comes in a variety of densities for different uses (from Hollywood prop fabrication to building facade construction).

Its much cheaper and lighter to work with compared to resin, and is often used for larger terrain pieces.

Near as I can tell, it's a kind of "foaming resin" that gives results that look not unlike expanded polyurethane foams - but without as noxious a smell.

Rather similar to what several German (ziterdes) and Spanish mobs (the one that used to be with MicroArts) use to make their terrain from. Harder than normal Polystyrene foams (you can cut it with a saw without ripping it up, for example).

Hardwearing, durable, light weight.
