Hi all

I posted my chaos defense line here last year and I have finally got round to finishing off the quad cannon for it.

The defense line is made out of layers of 1mm heavy card

The quad cannon / shrine (I did it so that I could use it as either) is made from layers of 1mm card plus some Evergreen plastic tubes (for the barrels and shell casings).

The statue is an old fantasy model that I glued onto the base.

Cheers
Neal

Thanks mate

I made up several copies of the autocannon that is bundled with the quad cannon and played around with using it on my dreads too.

I think with the barrel slightly shortened, it will work equally well as a cheap weapon replacement.

I agree with shortening the barrel on the dreadnought version, but this is really impressive! I just took it for granted until I saw the unpainted pic- that's really good work, and doesn't look like it was very simple to do...

Thanks man.

Getting the templates for the cannon to work took about five different versions to find the right balance between detail and price but now I can have as many cut as I (or anyone else) wants.

The barricade wasn't too bad to do as the construction was based on the "cyborg" one so I knew that it would work out.

I very much like the paintjob. The model itself needs more spikes.
