After a few years break from the hobby and playing only Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game, i have finally taken up 40K! Picked up the new Dark Vengeance box and it is awesome the models are fantastic and have played some fun games already here is my first 40K and Dark Angels model.

Criticism and tips are welcome. Also sorry for the slightly blurry/fuzzy camera shot. Will upload a better image soon.

Thats a damn good paintjob. The highlights are really nice and the simple base really helps the model along without cluttering it up to much.

Lovely, maintain that standard and the squad will be a real looker on the table. Only criticism is it looks like the paint has gone on a bit thick, whether through layering or not thinning the paint enough I don't know
