Finally got to painting this one. Took me a long time doing a little now and then due to lack of time.
The result is pretty sloppy imo, I pretty much stressed my way through this model using it as relax time from all the work.
Well, it didnt work, am not happy with it.

Some of these days I´ll have to sit down and really paint something without rushing everything, was quite some time now.

Yeah Pyriel i can't see what you're talking about. I see nothing sloppy in this model at all. It looks frigging beautiful. The blending on the armour is seemless.

I agree, he looks really nice. I'd say the only thing that detracts from the model is the camera as it does seem a bit grainy. Otherwise, the base and model look beautiful!

I am still in awe of the way you can paint the velvet effect! it simply blows my mind every time I see it! so different and so fresh, this is what drives the hobby further when people like you can find something new and beautiful in a hobby 30 years old.

you are and shall always be a brush god!

Keep in mind that the image is about 200% the size of the actual model.

I quite like your work mate ... Howver, i feel your pain. After i complete a model i look at it and think "i can do better than that!"

I like stuff.
