Interesting colour scheme. Your painting appears to be neat and tidy with smooth consistency however your models would definitely benefit from a wash and highlighting

You can't really go wrong with an overall wash of either Agrax Earthshade or Nuln Oil (both GWS products) however feel free to experiment with other colours until you know what you like.

After the wash dries completely use a fine brush to highlight the edges using a lighter shade of colour to what you are highlighting over.

You're off to a good start though.
Might I ask what you're using there as a Dreadnought counts-as? (that is a dreadnought right?)

Thanks for the feedback!
Xendarc - At the moment this is about the limit of my painting skills, but I do want to get them based at some point. The Dreadnought-type-thing is a Mechwarrior mini that i've converted.
Lanstus - The various bionics i've used are from the GW Iron Hands set.

ps: There are another 8 pics in this gallery, but I don't like making my posts too "pic-heavy" so I only linked a couple.

They would indeed improve with a little bit of highlighting. Just try some washes do create some features. It is rather easy and quickly done so you don't need that much experience to get it right. Edge highlighting on the other hand might need some time to get it right.

Just start with washes and if you feel comfortable with your skills look in to highlighting. And maybe some of those tutorials might also help you on your way: http://fromthewarp.blogspot.de/search/label/line
