First HQ to be fully painted.

I was looking at the model thinking "nifty niftyyy not bad at-ouuuuch!" that's when I saw the back of the model. Could be the lighting, but the back looks kindof bland compared against the front.

The cloak could use some more attention. Another coat of blue maybe and then highlights on the top of the folds. Also it looks like there is some silver shining through at a few points on your model like on the lower horns of his helmet and the back of his cloak. It might be the lighting on the picture. Did you prime him white?
And i think he would look much better if you'd add another color besides blue and gold on his back. Maybe pick out the backpack cabeling and this weird round thingy in the middle with silver.

Other than that he looks quite decent and shiny in his strong blue and gold colors.

He looks pretty good, but I agree, he could use with a few more colours and a bit of variation ;D
