New to the forum's here, I've viewed people's things but haven't posted at all until now, so, hello haah.
I haven't played Warhammer 40,000 for about 4-5 years now, I was 15 when i started and my paint jobs looked pretty atrocious.. hope you don't mind me posting non-night lord photo's as example but yeah, needless to say i wasn't happy with them, and yes, i was a loyalist then

So after not playing for about 4 years now, I decided to start back up again with a buddy of mine. I bought a whole bunch of units, new, and off ebay (always non-painted), so I had about 7000 points in unpainted chaos. What I've got right now is about 3-4 weeks worth of what I could get done in painting, and what i realized is since the last time I've painted, my patience is a lot better, and the end result was much better I don't have any actual night lords units, or emblems, just the dark blue and gold with lightning on the armor. So not really modelling after them lore-wise, more or less just color scheme. I know I'm no professional painter but I am happy with how they are turning out now! C&C's would happily be appreciated

I will post updates as I get them painted, next up will be Hitech miniatures obliterators, or a Night Lords Abaddon the Despoiler (i know, i know, don't kill me for totally f*cking with the fluff )

Thanks a lot it definitely is, was one of the reasons I quit was i was spending all this money on models I wasnt satisfied with, that, and college didnt allow for this hobby easily
