Done in a couple of evenings as a fun project, I haven't done any painting for a while and haven't painted a tank in forever so it made a nice change It's a Warlord games 28mm StuG, nice and quick to build although I did break a bit of the track on one side.

I love STUGs and even with a wacky paintjob like that they still manage to look badass.

The graffiti makes me think vietnam but that is an excellent paintjob. Did you use an airbrush?

Yeah Company of Heroes and World of Tanks made the StuG my fave as well, they're just to cool looking.

No just a brush. I painted the camo first normally, did a bit of edge highlighting and washing around the detail, then scuffed it all up with sandpaper before getting heavy with the weathering pigments. I didn't do any advanced weathering techniques due to no thinners and really just wanting it to be quick and fun. The idea was to hint at a tank that's been kept going long past it's original lifespan, way past the war it was made for.
