Erm. Cool sculpt, but what is it?

It looks good and it is massive. What is is supposed to be?

And one thing i noticed is that he will either look down or lean backwards with the way the head is posed.

And some interesting ideas to add to him could be exposed bones like parts of his spine, his skill slightly visible through holes in his skin. Or some broken ribs sticking out of his chest.

Is it a great unclean one? Or maybe the torso to a nurgle soul grinder?
