so the deal was a lord fuegan, 5 striking scorpions , and 5 dire avengers for 10 guardsmen , a chimera and a commisar , i sent out the eldar which according to the tracking number was delivered and signed for,so i waited for him to send for awhile and then finally asked him what had happened to our deal and he says he hadnt received the package even though the postal service had a signature and verifeid delivery and as of now he still hasnt sent the IG

The OP has asserted the item was signed for upon delivery. For norm0041 to claim no receipt is highly suspect at this point.

Completely understand, he probably is scamming. But if it's only been a few days maybe he hasn't been home and someoneelse signed for him? Anyway I probably shouldn't be posting here as I have nothing too do with this, TR.

File a police report. If his sig was required to obtain the package and he signed. That's proof right there also print out all of your conversations.

At this point you should involve the authorities.

he has finally admitted to reciving the package and will send the package within the next few days thank you every one for understanding but this issue has finally been resolved

I have reserved the package their where family matters that need to be taken care of, (passing of my uncle.) I am dealing with this myself. And I never signed for anything. I got the package in my mailbox, so I never signed for anything. I have contacted the trader and ready to finish this.

I would like this to be removed, and next time know what has happened before you call names. I'm sorry my uncle passed and I had to deal with things.

I wouldn't resolve this just yet..

Would leave open until you get your items in the mail, Ive only been a member of dakka for a month and every transaction report ive come across some body didn't get there items because the sender had a death in the family. Im not saying this isn't the truth, its just ive seen it before. Communication is the best tool to use. Its not fair to him to have to waite two weeks before you resolve the situation.

Norm0041, please post when you will be sending the package (preferably tomorrow, but if not, when).
