Very nice! Obviously the bases aren't done yet but I love them!

Crush your enemies, see them driven before you and to hear the lamentations of the women.

Yeah, I paint them for ebay and sell at the hobby shop on the weekends. i normally offer to base for free however someone wants thats why i don't base them first.

Not bad. They're a little on the bland side, but solid tabletop quality. To improve them, I would up the contrast on the horns/antlers by making them darker and reddish/purplish discoloration around the open wounds just to add some visual interest (just use some purple glazes to blending in some bruising color). Filling in the gaps on the arms and legs would help out, too. Of course, basing would be a huge plus.

It's good work though, keep it up!

Really nice paint job on these, quite tempted to paint a bunch of nurglings, because they're so damn cute but a bit apprehensive about the style for Nurgle.

Any tips for painting these? Looks like plenty of washes is in order?

I like the muted tones but maybe a splash of stronger colour might make them pop just a little more, your Tamiya blood might just be the ticket.

When I painted these I started by priming white making sure they had a smooth even coat. Then i went straight to washing. i used a couple of green wash shades. Just the washed left these looking very good and then I used a yellow wash for the boils on the body. I also then used water effects which is a modeling product you can get in most hobby shops to simulate saliva and mucus around open wounds and mouths. I believe this method made these look a little above table top (if they were based) but of course everyone on this websites idea of table top is a golden daemon winner... Sorry had to say that. as i said earlier in the post I have also used Tamiya blood to add some more detail to the wounds and gashes. hope this helps.
