Nice army. Holy crap.

Lovely to see effort on paint jobs applied so consistently over such a large force. The scheme is simple but effective

I really like the old school Tempest Grav Tank. Overall, very cool army. Thanks for posting.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby. |

How many points?!
|
1. Go to FLGS on a 40K game night.
2. Announce to no one in particular "I have over 10,000 points of Space Marines".
3. Sit back and watch as some 30-ish Neckbeard who still lives with his parents not only disputes your claim, but goes on to describe his 30,000 points of Blood Angels and how he has been playing since Rogue Trader days... And yet you will have never seen him either play 40K or that army.
4. From here, you have several options. Continue the conversation, or just end it. Either way, I guarantee you will waste 1+ hour of your life talking to this guy. Have fun!

I love those bases. They are from dragonforge right?
Yes. The models with the green bases still need to be stripped and repainted and rebased.
this is the so far?
Yup. I still have another revenant to paint, another full war walker squadron, a squad of swooping hawks, 2 full squads of dire avengers, a seer council on bike, a full artillery battery of shadow weavers, 2 more guardian squads, 3 more dark reaper squads, 2 more squads of corsairs, 2 spiritseers, 1 unit of wraithguard, 20 harlequins, Asurman, Jain Zar, Karandas, strip and repaints of the avatar (pictured) and the two random Reapers (pictured)
How many points?!
Painted is about 11k of points. As for a grand total of the army it changes as I keep buying models... LOL. Probably about 20k easily..maybe more.

And how long have you been collecting Eldar?
I started playing them again in 5th edition. This is actually the 3rd time I've owned an eldar army. I had a Biel-Tan army in 2nd edition (sold it), an Alaitoc army in 3rd (sold that) and skipped playing them in 4th.
