Very Nicely Done.

My onlu suggestions would be to maybe use a wash on the cloak to add some depth and a higher highlight on the red of the blade and maybe again on the blade itself.

Washes really help add a lot of depth and bring out the details.

Looks good and as Master Azalle said, a wash would add a lot (nuln oil and probably a brown wash on the feet and bottom of the cloak if you want to look like he's in battle) Add pictures of the rest of your army too I haven't seen it much.

Thanks for the ideas! I will definitley throw some more wash on him, any tips on how to wash cloaks?

Paint the whole cloak with the wash of your choice, letting it pool into the recesses. Then go back with the colorl initially used and re-highlight the raised areas
