Hi folks, I have recently got into bolt action on account of my colleagues at Golem painting studio playing some games recently. So I picked up a box of US infantry and away I went.

Im planning to add to the army a bit at a time. probably get a couple of m5 Stuart’s because i think they look cool.

This is my first infantry sqaud I went for the Us 1st infantry division, The bolt action decals made the job a bit easier and i think really finishes off the models



I was rather impressed with the kit, once I got my head wraped around how to glue the guns on them. I think the minis have a lot of character for a multipart Plastic kit

The snipers are just going to be regular riflemen for now until the force gets a little larger



The bazooka team had to be built, just for the cool factor and the loader has become one of my favourite minis of my collection now.



I think iv done all right cobbling together a medic form the infantry kit.





I have my LT and a .50 cal waiting to get painted up so should hopefully have some more photos soon. As i said before i wanna get some M5′s and will definitely be getting a two and half ton truck with .50 cal, as it is also a cool model.

Think you've done a great job with these, love the lighter and cleaner look. Really nice highlighting and great little details (the burning embers on the cigars is a nice touch).

Only criticism I can possibly make is that it looks like staff Sgt Jones won't be hitting a lot with that gun!

Yeah the barrel of that grease gun is a little wonky. which if anything is the only criticism i have about the kit, some of the weapons snap with a bit of force, but i wouldn't let it put anyone off buying the kit, it comes with enough guns, put it that way.

Really nice! I like those a lot more than their Germans and you really did them justice.

I'm currently working on some Perry Afrika Korp minis for Bolt Action.

Looking to get into this myself, anyone know a company that does an AT gun other than the pak40 in 28mm?
