phone camera diverts the colors a bit :( Its mephiston red base with some nuln oil, mephiston highlights, kindleflame edge (yeah the pinkish trace) and bloodletter glaze a bit.

I dunno... I've never heard of an Inquisitor under-doing anything. There are multiple examples of Inquisitors flaunting their psychic powers as a show of force/authority actually.

Great paint job, it really does look a lot more like an Inquisitor than a Librarian. Considering how cheap those models are I may pick one up if I ever order bitz on ebay again and paint it up in a similar scheme to use with my GKs.

Come to think of it my friends probably have like 4 of them cause they all bought DV at some point and only 1 plays DA...
