There are a couple of the death mask looking heads from the Blood Angels Sanguinary Guard kit, but they've got those big radial halos and will probably be a bit too big for IG.

I see. In my research it's basically just a blank male face mask. Shame to not see it easily in 28mm. Might just end up doing something based on instead of just straight Maccabian then.

The helmet is the Jes Goodwin guard helmet from these sketches, just with a face mask instead of the cheekguards/visor.
I'm having some of the original (no facemask) head sculpted for casting at the moment. If you're interested PM me and I can put you in touch with the sculptors as they may be able to do something for you based on my commission. Rates are super reasonable as well.

Actually, J-paint, a member on here, did the Sanguinary Guard masks on a bunch of his guardsmen and it looks pretty awesome.

I knew a company out there made some mask-style heads, forgot with one it was! There are some pretty cool ones in there.
