Hello folks! Sorry for the late post... forgot it was the start of the month... whew this year seems to be flying.

So what do you aspire to this month?

I'm not entirely sure how much time I'll have this month.

I think my plan shall be mostly FoW related:
Paint the three tiger tank variations I base coated last month.
Assemble and start painting 10 SU-100 tank destroyers
Assemble and at least Prime two Brummbars.

Maybe:
Assemble and magnetise my Tau Broadside
Build and paint the Stuka I got for FoW

** Finish DV Librarian
** Order and Paint up some Urban Barricades and Walls kit.
** Start on DV DW Squad @ 5 models

Stretch Goals:
*** Finish DV DW Squad by the 26th
*** Assemble and Paint a Manufactorum Kit by the 26th

Next Game Day: 26th or 27th

I am going to busy with school and that for the majority of the month, so this is what I hope to have pan out:
+Finish the Skorne battlebox
+Finish the rest of what I own for my PanOceania force

Stretch goals are to finish the rest of what I have for my small Skorne force.

I think I am making my lists too long and overwhelming so I will try to start with a lower model count.

Finish painting my Steel Legion Lt. squad.
Finish building my FoW hueys.

Stretch goals are to build the last few models for my SM, paint a couple BFG Imperial Fleet, and paint a couple FoW hueys.

Gonna be a bit ambitious here so I can play the 2500 point army list I've been working on for months.
Build and paint my Sicaran Battle Tank, Fire Raptor, and Storm Eagle.
Build my Land Raider Crusader, 5 scouts, 10 marines and final few honor guard.
Have a single fully painted crusader squad and Land Raider Crusader for them to fit in.
Create a full list of names for all my marines so that I can agonize over which of them dies first.

sticking with my theme of "achievable goals" for the year, this month the plan is to prep, magnetize, assemble and paint a 10-man CSM squad for my night lords. if I manage to get that done before the end of april, I'll start in on a 10-man raptor squad.

Well, I assembled, magnetized and painted 14 'nids for a kill team in roughly 5 weeks. I'm a bit burnt out on that.

I got most of my imperial knight assembled in the week I took off from the kill team.

This month I'd like to get the Flyrant assembled, maybe get the knight assembly finished, get its color scheme finalized.

I typically spend a lot of time at my local GW store when it's open, so I have plenty of time to model. I said I'd help build some store armies to take a break from painting as well.

Get a unit of Archer Ashigaru Painted up and get a unit of Yari Ashigaru built.

I'm planning to have a 'learn how to play' game with the owner of the GW store closest to me on the 25th of this month. I said I would bring a 600 point list for Tyranids so I need to create the list and then at least get the models built before this game. If I can paint some of them even better

I will finish a model a day of the Deadzone Marauders. I missed Friday because I played Deadzone until almost 11pm, but I did 2 on Saturday, so I think that makes up for it.

Forgot to mention my own goals... which I'll be able to start on once Easter hits next week. Woot!

Paint a unit of Black Templar Crusaders (it consists of 9 Crusaders, 1 Sword Brother, and 5 Neophytes).

Paint a unit of Vanguard Veterans (it consists of 5 Veterans with Jump Packs and Thunderhammers).

Paint a captain (kitted out with a Jump Pack and a Thunderhammer).

I want to assemble and paint my last Raveneing bike yet to be finished, as well as strip and repaint a Rhino I didn't do a good job in. (Nonsequitur: I also want yo get my first legitimate 40K game under my belt this month.)

The FoW Hueys are a scratch at the moment, with extreme amounts of work to get them to fit properly and them being shipped with missing parts, they will be put on hold.

To replace them I am working on my BFG Imperial ships instead. Two cruisers, 3 Fireswords, and 4 codras down.

Gonna paint up some 10 iron warriors, 2 warsmiths and whatever else i can get my hands on (hopefully 50 wargames factory shock troopers!)

bleh... Not gonna make my goals this month. I leave for Cali tomorrow so won't be painting at all this weekend. The three days left in the Month after the weekend I'm reserving for some work on Cygnar so I can have them painted up before playing this first weekend of May.

Started the Crusaders on Easter Sunday but loss momentum after that with the start of the work week and just being lazy... stupid internet and you endless cat gifs. SHAKES FIST

Alright, so I have about five models left to finish, but I am not sure if I can get them done, as school duties take presidence first. Bleh.

Not gonna get close to my goal. Probably half the archer uni pt and that's it

I almost have my Armorcast Revenant titan complete. Need to finish up the gems and then seal it.

It looks like I have just fallen short of my goals.

Tigers are done, Just need a coat of matte varnish, same for the SU-100s. By the time I get home of an evening I'm not in the mood for the roar of my compressor, So I'll get those done on the weekend.

Done half the archer unit, besides the Matt varnish and basing and have started on the rest.

Did not quite reach my goals (due to school work again): All I needed to paint was the PanO Hexa and Nisse and finish the Order Sargents.

**Start on DV DW Squad @ 5 models: Assembled and cleaned up some mold lines, paints have arived. Honestly the manufactorum took longer than expected.

**Order and Paint up some Urban Barricades and Walls kit: I painted a manufactorum instead. My funds were a bit low this month and I couldn't justify the $25+ for 6 plastic walls. This worked out well as the manufactorum took alot longer than I expected and it's only been base coated, mostly dry brushed, and assembled (for the love of the holy throne this was alot of mold line and paint shavings made so i could glue it together!!).

I also tried my hand at some custom terrain, first of which is an impact crater. I was thrilled with how it turned out and will be making more in my next big terrain tile project.



Game day, again, was fantastic! Lots of fun to be had and the table was decked out in more/better terrain and more/better miniatures. The games went smoother with less errors and less BRB / codex diving. We even increased our 2nd game point totals to 750 which was great time.

bit of a fail this month. I managed to get everything prepped, assembled and magnetized, but they're only about half-way through the painting process (base coated, shaded, starting on detail work). social life has been keeping me out too much (oh, the horrors! :p)

I need more Spears/Yari before i can do the Yari unit so I think next month I will finish off my Ashigaru Archers and try to get at least one Ashigaru Arquebus unit finished.

Vows for April??

Finish painting my Heldrake! Its almost there just need a bit more.

Start painting my Tau, they are currently armless which is never good.

Get new wood elf codex and build a damn fantasy army
