So I'm making a new diorama and I'm trying to source something that I've been having a little bit of trouble with. Check out the trench plates in this terrain sculpt:

http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Warhammer_40,000_Terrain/IMPERIAL-EMPLACEMENT.html

These are from the long OOP FW trench system.

My question to you fine people is: do you know where I could source something similar (obviously can't get the exact pieces anymore) but maybe someone knows of a part of a kit out there that could do the job?

Thanks!

The plates themselves would be easy to do with textured plasticard - but not sure how you'd do the rims very easily, if that's important to you. Make one then cast it, I suppose would be the best option, especially if you want lots.

Thanks - I've also been thinking this will be the easiest way.

Although would be amazing if I could get my hands on just one of those FW trench plates...

For anyone that's interested, I got around to making them using plasticard. I then cast them. Here is the result fresh from the mould...

Looks good. Now to cast a few dozen and make a nice diorama to show us
