HI guys. I have always meant to start up a blog every time I start a new army. So here we go. I figured since the Imperial guard are being revamped it would be a perfect time to start a new army. I had quite a large IG army a few years ago but I sold it and I regret it ever since.

But enough on the past and lets look to the future. I am going to start this army without the codex as mine has yet to arrive from the website. I picked up the following box's from my local GW this morning.

3 x Tempestus Scions
1 x Taurox
1 x Lord Commissar
1 x Officio Prefectus Commissar



Current Army currently consists off:-
3 x Tempestus Scions boxes
1 x Taurox - Complete
1 x Bullgryns/Ogryns
1 x Lord Commissar
1 x Officio Prefectus Commissar - Complete

More supplies required.

Commissar's are assembled. This would be the second Lord Commissar I have worked on. The Officio Prefectus Commissar was actually really fun to put together. RIght next up is assembling some some troops for them to execute watch over. Appologese for the picture so far I left my Nikon upstairs and I'm to lazy to go get it so my phone will have to suffice for now.

Put a pirate head on the Commissar and you have Captain Morgan. LOL

So not much has been done to the Scions unfortunately but the taurox has been assembled and painting is well under way. I'm going to use it as a dedicated transport so in keeping with that I've left the roof and back off. I was thinking of assembling the roof and back so that it can be slotted on for use as a prime.

Commissar is finished! Need to get some better pics in the morning.

Your paint job on the Taurox looks good as well, they look so much better when painted well rather than in those rubbish pics we got before they were released-like the Centurions. I think GW should give some decent hobbyists kits before they release them so that the pictures we get leaked show the models off to their true potential!!
