I'm rather taken with the Sanctic Daemonolgy powers. Those could be pretty solid for supporting Sisters with Inquisitors.

These new psychic powers have me really excited to be a GK player. I just want the Sanctic powers and I am good. My Inquisitor is the only who would take out of that.

It would feel wrong for GK to have Malefic. It's a discipline I won't have an interest in seeing as everyone Perils with any double if you aren't Daemons. Same with Sanctic and the GK, I can see Gate of Infinity being used a lot less by other armies but makes more teleporting fun for GK.

Hammerhand giving +2 Strength instead of +1 which is a big buff. The only powers I am now interested in is Sanctic Daemonology and Divination for any of my forces because there are really good defensive options as well as offensive buffs.

I agreed so im guessing errata will obviously say this hammerhand replaces the one in the dex. Im just wondering if we will have to have a psyker with force to activate all of our force weapons now?

And they go and buff Biomancy just after giving Tyranids the fewest options for psychic abilities in the game short of not having them at all.

Feh.

Looks like humans and elves get all the goodies while the other xenos get left in the cold.

Well, remember we still have Brotherhood of Psykers which allowed just one psychic test for a unit and I am going to guess that isn't going to change. There might be some revisions to Brotherhood of Psykers though. Probably it will be one warp charge per unit so basically one 5-10 man group will generate one warp charge. I don't know if combat squads will effect this though.

Ima take dat.

Average roll of ~17. Even against LD 10 it can take out most of a standard unit, and holy crap will it kill Riptides.

Now that I look at it, Orks only get Daemonology to which any of the two disciplines they roll any kind of doubles, they Peril...why would you do that? And why are the Tyranids absent from that chart?

Yeah i saw that. with draigo in a unit of palis he will be 2+/2++ and his palis will be 2+/4++ with FNP. And as someone mentioned earlier take him with Azrael and its just a CC nightmare.

Good to see some got nerfed, but did they REALLY need to buff iron arm? that just seems like a terrible idea.

The new invisiblity seems like a realy annoying power and I think it points towards the fact that no change will be done to snap shots since you're hitting an invisible unit on a 6 in combat it would make sense that you would be hitting on 6 when shooting as well. And forenoding also says that owerwatch is done at BS1 for furter proof. My wave serpents will love shrouding, especially if jink saves are changed.

That iron arm and warp speed got changed to a flat +3 is realy powerful, especially since it's only warp charge 1 while haemorrage got even worse by becoming a warp charge 2 power.

Pyromancy seems as bad as before. Telekinisis seems like as much of a mixed bag as before but psychic maelstrom and levitation could come in handy while objuration mechanicum is still a decent power.

Divination might still be the go to dicipline but with prscience being warp charge 2 and misfortune only giving rending it might be less so.

yeah they changed those. And with gate of infinity i can teleport that lovely CC ball of pain right in your face! have my DK shunt up to meet me for turn two if everything goes well.

yeah thats how draigo gets his 2+/2++ is from his shield and Sanctuary. I dont think palis can take storm shields.

Grey Knights don't have access to Storm Shields in our codex. Only henchman ever did but they have their own codex now.
