Hello there!

Heres a WIP of my first space muhrine!

Starting a whole new crew of space wolves, lemme know what you think!

IM REALLY INTERESTED IN OPINIONS ABOUT;
-How the wolf head of the bolter should be done
-How to make the backpack look better

Thank you, and enjoy!

Beats the hell outta my first model 20 years ago lol. A few tips: highlight the fur on the wolf tail with lighter colors to make your shading pop, paint the barrels & magazines in a steel color, as for the wolf's head I usually do them in gold or copper to help them stand out against the rest of the model.

Nice start, love the transition between the red and orange on the shoulder pad, I'd suggest gold for the wolves head and wolfs tail holder on the backpack

Really great work.

Wolf's head I can't help you with, I would probably go with a metallic over a realistic look - perhaps even gold. But, I have no idea what the SW fluff is with that stuff, I just assumed they wouldn't use real wolves heads...

For the backpack, that I can comment on - it looks really good so far, the only things I would add would be;

1 - Ink or wash in the rune / edges
2 - another highlight on the fur (drybrushed)

Yep, those two things we're on my to-do list
Thanks!
