That is a nice Not-Sanguinius. I especially like the Not-Ka'Bandha head on the base. Looks really nice. My only gripes are the sword and wings, both are too small and fat. The sword should be much longer and thinner IMO, and the wings should be long, wide, graceful and elegant. Not pidgeon-wings.
Also, the face looks derpy as hell.

Agree on all points. Also, isn't Forge World getting around to all the Primarchs? What's the point of this?

These were first produced way before the HH sets and official Primarchs. The Pheonix Knight Not-Fulgrim has been used as Fulgrim for a long time.
