I finally decided to purchase a Heldrake for my nurgle army. I refused to buy one because I wasn't a big fan of the model but after some hours and a pack of Green stuff Iám really starting to fall in love with this model. I hope you all like it and if you have any tips or critism I welcome it all.
Tried to make it look like a claw is growing out of the right wing.
I wanted to make it look like the heldrake is drooling somekind of nurgle ooze.
Greetings Demic

Chaos was the law of nature; Order was the dream of man.
It looks great! And I agree with L1ttlej on the boils. I haven't got mayor green stuff skills yet so I can't judge that from a professional point of view, but this looks awesome to me (esspecialy for a first timer?!) I always love to look at these kind of models and find all kinds of "hidden" addons like the drooling face. It makes the model so much more interesting than the standart boxed version would. The only tip I can give is that you have to maintain a ballance between the blobby addons and the model. Don't over do it.
Great work so far already, can't wait to see the progress and what you will do with painting and color schemes.
Nice work! And agreed on the boils - you can make them easily by cutting various sized beads in half - they have a perfect gloss finish to them that will look like ready-to-burst pustules when painted :-)
Question about the boils @Flemtop do you make greenstuff balls and let them harden first and then cut them or try to cut them in half when they are still soft?
